13 3.5 | Schedule Adjustment Procedure

All schedule adjustments should be submitted to your coordinator at least two weeks in advance. You are expected to reference the calendar and your project list prior to requesting a schedule adjustment. This essential step will ensure that you do not miss a meeting, a project due date, and that coverage is available should a task require completion in your absence. Requests made less than two weeks in advance may not be approved. Permanent changes to your schedule should be discussed with your coordinator and also submitted at least two weeks in advance for a final approval.
