Similar to the use of ongoing data-driven decision-making in programming, we want to ensure we are providing ongoing feedback to you. Opportunities to complete interest inventories, skill evaluations, weekly coordinator meetings, weekly trainings/modules, and setting quarterly goals will be reviewed during your orientation.
