22 5.3| Conflict of Interest Form

Before being added to a HANDS in Autism® research protocol, you must also submit a conflict of interest form. Follow the instructions below to complete the training:

• Login to your IU One account, and search and select the CITI Program module.
• Click the Compliance dropdown at top of page, then click “Conflict of Interest.”
• Click the appropriate checkboxes, then click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.
• Notify the HANDS research coordinator that you have submitted the form.
