4 Pesto Pizza

Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 or 2 small flat bread (I used gluten free)
pesto (any kind)
parmesan
1/4 cup of red onion
Directions:
First, preheat the oven to 425º. While the oven is preheating, begin cutting the red onion into small slices. Once the oven is preheated, put the flat bread into the oven to get slightly crispy, 5 to 10 minutes. Add a thin layer of pesto sauce onto the flat bread and the remaining ingredients. Put in the oven for another 5 to 10 minutes.
