5 Sriracha Bowl

Serves: 1

Time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients:

1 cup of cooked rice

1/2 cup of black beans

1/4 cup of cheddar cheese

guacamole (optional)

sriracha sauce

tajin (seasoning)

 

Directions:

First, take the rice and beans and put in a bowl. Microwave until warm, about 2 or 3 minutes. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Add salt and tajin. Drizzle sriracha sauce on top and a spoonful of guacamole.
