6 Pasta Salad

Serves: 3-4

Time: 15 minutes

 

Ingredients:

1/2 box of preferred pasta (I used gluten free)

1/2 cup cucumber, chopped

1/4 cup of tomatoes, diced

1 can of chicken

1/2 cup of red onion, chopped

feta cheese

olive oil & red wine vinegar

salt & peper

 

Directions:

Cook pasta as directed. Add all of the ingredients to the pasta. Drizzle an even amount of olive oil and red wine vinegar to coat pasta and vegetables. Keep cold. Add more olive oil onto the pasta the next day if needed.
