7 Black Bean Patty

Serves: 3-4

Prep time: 20 minutes

 

Ingredients:

1 can of black beans, 15 oz., mashed

1/4 cup red onion, diced

1 tbsp. lime juice

1 egg

3/4 tsp. cumin

1 garlic clove, minced

salt and pepper

 

Directions:

Mix everything together. Form into patties and put onto hot griddle coated with olive oil. Cook for five minutes and then flip and cook for another five minutes. Drizzle ranch, sriracha or any other type of sauce on top.
