The Verge

The apartments are located just across the street from campus, making them the closest complex to campus. Offering 2, 3, and 4 bedroom options, the Verge has a spot for everyone.

Chestnut Place

• Chestnut Place apartments are located at 201 E. Chestnut St. Chestnut Place is owned and operated by the same team as the Verge, and is conveniently located just 28 steps from campus. Chestnut Place offers 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units including both flats and townhouses, which makes them the perfect space for any group of friends.

The Annex

• The Annex is located at 1562 Magnolia Dr. Annex is operated by the Scion Group, a student housing company. Annex offers 1 through 4 bedroom fully furnished cottages and townhomes. Just a mile from campus, the Annex housing is in the perfect location for students.

Miami Preserve

• Located at 271 Reagan Pl., Miami Preserve is an extremely popular student housing facility in Oxford. The complex offers 3 and 4 bedroom apartments with private bedrooms and bathrooms. Located just across the street from our local Kroger, Miami Preserve has direct access to many restaurants and stores located along Locust St.

In addition to student housing, Oxford has a variety of residential homes for rent and for sale. The following are some of the more prominent realty groups in the area. These groups can help with finding your perfect home rent or to buy.
