4 Instructor Coordinator Roles

Public Relations Coordinator:

As Public Relations Coordinator, Gabriela will be principally responsible for maintaining contact with families in the US and informing them of adventures, accomplishments, and memorable moments, above all via a blog, which will be regularly updated with stories and photos.

Financial Coordinator:

Alicia is the Financial Coordinator for Almería 2024. The financial coordinator is responsible for all money-related matters throughout the summer. They pay the bills for minor on-site expenses (e.g., photocopies, supplies) and help manage the program telephones.

Logistics Coordinator:

Alicia will also be in charge of the logistics of the program. She will oversee the itineraries for the group excursions, visits to museums, and the daily calendar. She will be in daily communication with students, instructors, and host families (via the on-site coordinator) to ensure everyone is on the same page about the details of day-to-day life.

Student Coordinator:

This year Mónica will act as Student Coordinator for the 2024 Summer Program. Student coordinators are responsible for all student/host-family related matters and work directly with our onsite coordinator, Patricia Fernández Rodríguez, our host families, and our office in Bloomington.
