Ogle Center

OGLE CENTER HIGHLIGHTS

Congratulations to Kirk Randolph, Director of the Paul W. Ogle Cultural and Community Center for all of his hard work and persistence applying for and receiving the Shuttered Venue Operations Grant (SVOG) for the Ogle Center from the U.S. Small Business Administration in the amount of $112,334. The program was established by the Economic Aid to Hard-Hit Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Venues Act, and amended by the American Rescue Plan Act. The program includes over $16 billion in grants to shuttered venues.

The funds will be used to cover payroll costs and other expenses incurred due to the cancellation of performances as a result of the pandemic. We are grateful to the U.S. Federal Government and the U.S. Small Business Administration for their support of the performing arts industry.

This will help ALL of us to crawl out from under an unspeakable year for the performing arts and help us get back on our feet and truly celebrate the Ogle’s 25th Anniversary.
