Because each location may use different email vendors, one template is not available. AMPATH partners should strive to use vendor’s mobile-friendly and accessible platform and ensure brand standards, including:

• AMPATH full color logo (or white logo on AMPATH color tint) at the top of the message
• AMPATH colors for text, background tints, separator lines and other elements
• Calibri or Arial should be used when available
• Include social media links when available

Best practices for newsletters include:

• Interesting subject line with identifier for issue number or date
• Posting of news stories on website with link and blurb in newsletter
• Compelling photography (with appropriate permissions) to draw in the reader
• Ensure accessibility through alternate text for photos
• Provide “Forward to a friend” option
• Include link to unsubscribe
• Include contact information including mailing, email and web address
