While the control features in each classroom should look familiar and be similar across campus, the specific resources available in each classroom will be different. Often the affordances within an Active Learning Classroom or Mosaic Active Learning Classroom are beyond those of a traditional classroom.

When “Help” is selected on the classroom control panel, this menu will appear. Other options for help per system (i.e. Audio, Video, etc.) are displayed on the left.

For general troubleshooting, you can contact Classroom Technology Services (CTS) at any time. The UITS Learning Spaces team works to fully support the technologies in these classrooms. In Ballantine Hall BH304 you will find the “Help” button on the lectern controls provides an easy system for reporting issues that will be fixed when the room is next empty (see image above). The contact information for immediate help is also located on this control panel. If you require immediate assistance, UITS will dispatch someone to your classroom to fix the issue.
