Chapter 15 – Using the Business Model Canvas

It is important that we document the business functions and infrastructure so that we can have continual awareness of how things are interconnected. And this Business Model Canvas should be updated and maintained as often as possible. Using a template similar to the one pictured makes this an easy process.
