37 Joss Maynor – Controlled Chaos

Joss Maynor is a Junior from Evansville, IN  in the IU East Online Program majoring in Mathematics, with a minor in Neuroscience. Joss is currently serving active duty in the United States Marine Corps as an Air Traffic Controller. / Combat ATC. Once  He leaves active service, Joss intends to become a Physician’s Assistant and potentially return to the military environment to provide the best healthcare possible to fellow Servicemembers who may not be getting the best care from  other sources. Much of his free time is dedicated to keeping distant relationships with his family and  friends as healthy as possible along with trying to stay active in the gym and be the best Marine  and Hoosier he can be. In this work, Joss discusses the difficulties associated with the training  pipelines and experiences within the community that is United States Marine Corps Air Traffic  Controllers, civilian Air Traffic Controllers, and other aviation experts.
