EXCELLENT RECRUITMENT
This year, 108 new faculty members joined the Department of Medicine.
LAUNCH OF THE CLIMATE SURVEY
In late spring, the department launched the Department of Medicine Climate and Professional Fulfillment Survey, an important measure of wellbeing in the department. The response rate was robust, and the feedback was illuminating. The results are still being analyzed, and will be reported in 2023.
