The road from Georgetown through the mining town of Linden and onto the Rupununi Savanah was an intense 250-mile experience! This provided insights into landscape change from the ocean plain, to the uplands, and into the Rupununi Savanah. A roadside shop also provided an opportunity to eat local cuisine.
