18 Housing

Prior to arriving to Madrid, you will receive detailed information via email on the housing options available to you with approximate prices, and staff will assist you in the pre-registration and reservation process.

You will choose between a homestay, a residence hall (mainly recommended for students participating on the English Track) or an independent apartment option in which you can rent a room through a student housing agency with international and Spanish peers. Students will be responsible for paying the security deposit and first month’s rent. The providers and agencies will work directly with you on how to do this.

** Tulane students participating on the WIP REUNIDAS program are not permitted to opt out of designated program housing unless they are in possession of an official, qualifying housing accommodation through the Goldman Center, no exceptions.
