About the Guide

This guide, previously called a “Maintenance Guide,” is for instructors who are not the course creator and need to be oriented to the course.

Instructional designers should actively participate in the customization of the Start-Up Guide and collaborate with the Course Creator to refine it.

Content

The guide has five sections for the instructor:

1. Welcome to ProS – this page has general context about ProS courses and the role of the instructor
2. Welcome to Your Course – this page has customized content about their specific ProS course
3. Course Set-Up Checklist – checklist for regular updates and maintenance that must take place every time the course is taught
4. Contact and Help – direct your instructor here and inform them about the ID Clinic
5. Credits Page – recognizes the contributions and efforts of various personnel
