CONCLUSION

Enterprise Systems has a history of providing outstanding service and support for our university stakeholders. We build, implement, and support the systems that enable Indiana University to deliver on our mission to be one of the great research universities of the 21^st century and to be the preeminent institution of higher education in Indiana.

As we move forward, we will build upon our strengths and strive to continually improve the way in which we deliver our services through the goals and targets within this document.

While this document may change over time to reflect the realities of the current situation, we will hold ourselves accountable through quarterly reviews within our leadership team.
