3 Teamwork and Role Assignments

  • Students and staff are all brought on for a particular purpose. Do not put them in a position by asking them to do something outside of their role or outside of projects for which they are involved.
  • Roles should be able to be performed by the staff member themselves (or others involved with the particular project) before engaging others such as external partners or students in the process.
  • Exceptions will happen and all hands will need to be on deck or a favor may be needed. Such exceptions to roles and goals/objectives for a particular staff/student should be informed by Naomi and Tiffany.
