1 History of Help the Animal Shelter

Flashback to 1998, where major world events such as the L.A. Riots, Oklahoma City Bombing, and Columbine Shooting were taking place, there was also a crisis in Richmond Indiana. The crisis of abuse on harmless animals. A group of animal advocates got together and created the Help the Animal Shelter. Help the Animal Shelter is a no-kill shelter and will keep taking in animals as needed. The shelter has been a large advocate about not only housing animals but making sure that their future home is suitable and loving. When there are crisis that you can not fix such as the L.A Riots or bombings, having a win can make all the difference.
