When it comes to technology, Indiana University provides a wide range of resources to help train and support you. Here are some additional resources to help you get started.

• UITS Help & support is the university’s technology help center, where you can get assistance on anything tech-related, from Canvas, email, computer troubleshooting, and more!
• IU Knowledge Base (KB)is a repository of thousands of answers to common questions about computing and technology at IU Indianapolis (IUI).
• Status.IU lists the current status of IUI’s technology systems and services. It will give you an up-to-the-minute overview of what is working, what is not, and what is experiencing intermittent issues.
• Apple and Dell have teamed up with IUI to offer discounts on their products specifically for IUI students.
• UITS IT Training provides a variety of training materials for the IUI community. They deliver training through live instructor-led workshops, webinars, and recordings. They also provide workshop materials and exercise files that can be downloaded for self-study.
• EdCert, a UITS IT Training program, offers multi-day courses on advanced technical topics that can lead to professional certifications. These courses are offered at a fraction of the price compared to what you would pay in the commercial marketplace.
• Pluralsight is a leading provider of video-based online training with a focus on more technically oriented and design-focused topics. They also offer training designed for mobile devices, assessments and certificates, and progress tracking to see what you have viewed in a course. You can try out Pluralsight for free (limited access) as an enrolled IUI student before you buy. Afterward, you can purchase it through IUI for a huge discount.
• Skillsoft is a leading provider of high-quality cloud-based IT, Desktop, and Business Skills training solutions. It can be purchased through IT Training at specialized pricing for Indiana-based higher education and government entities.
