Computer Guest Account Procedures

Go to: print.iu.edu and Login

Click on Admin

Click Request Patron Account

Campus: Change to IU Kokomo

Is Patron verified by a valid ID: Verify photo ID and then click Yes

Patron Name: Enter patron name

Valid for: Change to 30 days

Would you like to link a card to the account?: NO (as of July 1, 2024, we no longer provide guest printing services).

Click Request New Account

Highlight the account details

Right-click, select Print

Change Destination to Printer connected to computer and Print (Epson Receipt Printer)

To find the remaining balance on one of the print cards:

  1. Go to https://print.iu.edu/
  2. Click ADMIN in the upper right-hand corner and login through IU Login if needed.
  3. Click on “IU Print App V3”
  4. In the search box, enter the PIK number of the card.
  5. Any remaining funds can still be used until the card’s expiration date (cards are good for 6 years from the time they are activated). For refunds, users can contact cardops@iu.edu (a $15 processing fee applies).
