Computer Guest Account Procedures
Go to: print.iu.edu and Login
Click on Admin
Click Request Patron Account
Campus: Change to IU Kokomo
Is Patron verified by a valid ID: Verify photo ID and then click Yes
Patron Name: Enter patron name
Valid for: Change to 30 days
Would you like to link a card to the account?: NO (as of July 1, 2024, we no longer provide guest printing services).
Click Request New Account
Highlight the account details
Right-click, select Print
Change Destination to Printer connected to computer and Print (Epson Receipt Printer)
To find the remaining balance on one of the print cards:
- Go to https://print.iu.edu/
- Click ADMIN in the upper right-hand corner and login through IU Login if needed.
- Click on “IU Print App V3”
- In the search box, enter the PIK number of the card.
- Any remaining funds can still be used until the card’s expiration date (cards are good for 6 years from the time they are activated). For refunds, users can contact cardops@iu.edu (a $15 processing fee applies).
