7. Employment by semester

Student assistants are hired to work on a semester-by-semester basis as determined by Library staffing needs and job performance. Employment during the summer term is not guaranteed for all student employees. Your supervisor will communicate clearly and in a timely fashion if you will not be employed in the following semester or summer term.
