Recording Data in LibInsight

In the Library, we record data and share statistics about our library services, collections, and activities in order to inform library decisions, improve future services, and report to our stakeholders, including campus and university administration.

The majority of this data is recorded in LibInsight, a platform from Springshare that allows us to record and analyze a variety of library-specific statistics. During your first week working at the IU Kokomo Library, a LibInsight account will be created for you. In the next chapters, you will learn more about recording data in this and other platforms.
