- Failure to accurately enter data or regularly enter exams will result in a grade deduction.
- This includes late reporting of procedures/exams or late entry of attendance.
- Failing to clock in or out, clocking in or out from an unauthorized location or device
- Procedures for entering the data into eValue will be provided in the clinical course syllabus.
