27 Clinical Course Grading Scale

Clinical grades are based on general performance objectives while in clinic.  The following aspects will be considered when assigning the clinical grade: performance, attendance and punctuality, daily clinical experience record, adherence to program policy, demeanor and initiative, professionalism, etc.  The final clinical grade will be comprised of:

Clinical Evaluations 60%
Database Entries 20%

Students must receive at least  a C in clinic in order to pass a clinical experience course.  Clinical course grades will be earned from an accumulation of points; 80% is required to pass the course. Grades will not be rounded.  (Example: 93.7 = B)
