22 Internship Showcase Logistics

Internship Showcase: Friday, April 25 from 3 PM to 5 PM in Campus Center 450

• Show up 5-10 minutes early for setup and to find your spot. We’ll have table tents with your names and project titles to help you find your table.
• Two interns per table, chairs provided, and you’ll be paired with interns doing similar work.
• Bring your laptop and charger. We recommend charging ahead of time but will have outlets.
• We don’t have space for any additional items or printed posters. Bring only what will fit on your half of the table.

Keep in mind:

• How to dress: at least business casual.
• Water: We’ll have bottled water and you’re welcome to bring your refillable water bottle.
• Masks: we continue to follow all university policy on masking. As of right now, masks are optional. There should be masks at the usual Campus Center locations and we’ll have some available as you enter if needed.
• The closest (paid) visitor parking for guests is available in the Vermont Street Parking Garage attached to the Campus Center.
• It’s ok to be nervous!
