General Settings

This short demonstration shows what it looks like when a Google Site or your ePortfolio folder in Google Drive are on the wrong share settings. For most of your ePortfolio work, you’ll need everything set to Public for anyone to view your site and images.

Long story short: Change the share settings of your ePortfolio folder in Google Drive to “Anyone with the link”; and your share settings on your ePortfolio to be “Anyone”. Concerns? Reach out to your ambassador!

Showcase artifact settings

For the showcase, you may be asked by your supervisor to make your artifact visible only to those with IU log-in or make it private after the showcase.
