- Make sure you have properly cited information from other sources and acknowledged your supervisor and funding notice requirements.
- Did you credit the original source if you used photos/video from another site?
- Did you cite all images and media properly?
- Do you have appropriate citations for academic work (papers, Powerpoint, videos, websites) you’ve referenced or shared to describe your work?
- Talk to your supervisor about site specific privacy expectations for sharing information about the work you are doing or protects the populations you are working with. What can you share?

- What kind of content should you include and what should you not include? Who should you mention when describing your work- your supervisor, funding partners, coworkers, etc.?
- Have you considered privacy concerns for anyone you mention or show pictures/videos on the content you add?
- Make sure you have not included any private research data that is not be be shared with the public at this time. Speak with your supervisor and have them check your ePortfolio as well.
- How should you explain the work in a way that is accurate, approachable for wide audiences, and maintains confidentiality and data security?
