Applicant Eligibility

• Second- or third-year IU Indianapolis student in the academic year of the internship (students apply in spring of first- or second- year)
• Full-time IU Indianapolis student
• Minimum 2.0 GPA, must have IU Indianapolis GPA
• 10 hours per week availability
• Able to be hired as an on-campus student employee
• Interest in applying their major to life and health science fields
• Commitment to professional growth

Application Decisions

All applicants must submit a complete application to be considered. All students meeting minimum eligibility criteria are scored and selected based solely on short answer responses using a rubric. All applicants receive feedback on the short answers and resume to implement before interviews or if not selected, to apply for other opportunities.
