As a Luddy student, you are assigned a major advisor from day one. Your advisor can assist you with degree planning, registering for classes, navigating the course permission process, graduation procedures, and more.

Director of Undergraduate Studies (DUGS):
A Director of Undergraduate Studies is a faculty member who oversees all aspects of undergraduate education. They evaluate requests for exceptions / substitutions to your major requirements and keep track of course offerings, along with other things.
Your academic advisor can let you know when you might need to communicate with your DUGS.
