Open to the public, The Safety Store at Riley at IU Health is located in the Riley Outpatient Center at IU Health concourse.

The Safety Store sells over 150 safety products at low cost to the public. This includes items such as car seats, locking medicine boxes, ID bracelets, life preservers, infant sleep sacks, emergency weather radios and bicycle helmets for as little as $6.75. The Safety Store also carries specialty safety products for those with special needs such as fire alarms for the hearing impaired.

Safety Store employees are trained educators who can provide a free safety assessment and free safety education materials, or help you schedule an outreach event for your school or community event. Education materials can be downloaded from our website and outreach events can be requested online.

The Safety Store at Riley at IU Health is a partnership of the Indiana University School of Medicine and Indiana University Health and is supported by the Riley Children’s Foundation.
