6 Booking- Rideshare

We book Rideshares with Carte Blanche. You will need this Rideshare form draft filled out and ready to send to Carte Blanche. You will need the guests flight information as well as your IUID#.

Things you need to keep in mind are:

• They only need the flight information for the flight that lands and departs from Indianapolis.
• Confirm that you have received the reservation confirmation if some time has passed.
• Pick up times for rideshares are 3 hours prior to departure time.
• Hotel drop off time is approx. 2 hours.
• All of the information on the form needs to be filled out.
• They will not taking a booking unless it is to or from the airport.

While you have included the speakers information in the form, still make sure to forward the confirmations to the speaker.

As you book or get information about their trip, include that information on their itinerary here. You will need to be given access to this folder to do this.
