• Costco and Sam’s Club do not remove tax from a P-card. As IU is tax exempt, do not make purchases there.
• You will need to set up an account with Panera if you have not done so already. Once you have set up your account, you need to contact Lisa Crockett <lisa.crockett@panerabread.com> telling her you are on the IU O’Neill admin team and you need to be able add a PO to your Panera Catering order​
•  Make sure to add the hospitality code into the “Organization Reference ID” where applicable
