Grapefruit Pomegranate Salad
Prep time: 15 minutes
Servings: 6
Ingredients
1 whole grapefruit, sliced
1 pomegranate, deseeded
2 Granny smith apples, chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. honey
Optional – 1 Tbsp. minced hot chili and a dash of salt for a nice kick
Garnish – mint leaves
Directions
Prepare fruit and place in a bowl. Mix together the lime juice and honey and drizzle over fruit and mix. Add chile and dash of salt if using.
