10 My Final Two Scents
Selling fragrance can easily become a numbers game when you are striving for individual and company goals. However, I urge you to remember the simple phrase: This is fragrance, not rocket science. This guide has given you a lot of information and tools to use as you work with your clients on the selling floor. But as I mentioned, fragrance is about an emotional connection to our scent memories. Fragrance has the ability to take a negative day and make it a positive one. During the pandemic, people turned to fragrance to feel better. In fact, fragrance sales have gone up substantially in both 2020 and 2021 in comparison to 2019 and previous retail years. This proves clients come to you to find scents that make them feel better.
So here are my final two cents (or “scents” to keep with our theme): (a) Have fun! (b) Smile!
