For a good hearty dinner that isn’t overpriced Mussel and Burger, and Proof on Main are American restaurants that give you a different take on some classic dishes. A personal favorite at Mussel and Burger is the triple B: Bacon Breakfast Burger. It comes with maple aioli on a toast bun and an egg anyway you like it served with house fries, regular or sweet potato. This can increase your cholesterol, so I don’t suggest going to the doctor for a checkup the day after you eat it.

A few dinner options that are little fancier for a special date night or anniversary could include the Steak & Bourbon, Brazeiros, and Stony River. All three are streak places but are a little different. Steak & Bourbon is more bourbon friendly and has some top shelf options to choose from where Stony River is more of a wine pallet. Both have really good steak for about the same price. Brazeiros is a little different as it is a Brazilian steak house and you pay a flat rate and the servers walk around with different cuts of meat from steak, sea food, chicken, and pork. Side options are usually plantains and couple other similar things.
