- Music Business alum Gavin Banks (‘21) will be attending the University of Westminster in London, England this fall to earn a Master’s in Live Music Management. Since graduating, Gavin pursued a career as a producer/booking agent for Triangle Talen, which brings in artists for concert stages and state fairs around the country, as well as Texas Roadhouse, Toyota, Kentucky Derby Festival, and the National FFA. He has worked alongside artists such as Night Ranger, Flo Rida, Trace Adkins, Niko Moon, Brad Paisley, Chaka Khan, Bill Engvall, Kidz Bop, Jimmy Allen, and more. After graduating with his Master’s, Gavin plans to become an international tour manager for artists around the world. He also plans on pushing the boundaries of the music industry by experimenting with Artificial Intelligence.
- StratComm alum Cat Moutoux (‘15) won the American Advertising Federation – Louisville’s HOT 10 award on June 29th for her work at Doe-Anderson.
