This chapter describes World Vision International’s Local Partnering Training (LPT) program comprised of multi-day sequence of five role-plays. The purpose of the LPT is to support community practitioners gain the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and behaviors (KASB) that will enable them to broker multi-stakeholder community partnerships. The chapter provides a detailed description of the LPT program design and implementation methods, as well as reflections on how the LPT contributes to decolonizing development practices.
