19 Inside We Grow

This house will always be
a home. The family of four
could never become less,
only more. With one on the way,
this family will grow. A house turning
into a dream home.
The chipping cedar piles up
with each piece falling on
the tall grass. The children grow
while the garden fills
with dying leaves. Seasons
change along with their ages.
They are out of the nest. This house
has never felt less like a home.
