The binocular test tab is used to record a variety of binocular and accommodative test data from your examination. Many of these tests will be performed on an as-needed basis, where you as the “doctor” will decide and justify what’s needed, and what’s not.
Cover Test: the most common piece of data to be recorded on this tab are the results of the cover test, both at distance and near.
Additionally, you will record your Gradient ACA, Worth 4-Dot, Stereo Acuity, NPC, NPA, NRA, PRA, BCC and a variety of other binocular and accommodative test results on this tab.
