In order to ensure compliance with Title I of the Higher Education Act (Section 117) and Title 21, Article 49 of the Indiana Code (SEA 388), fiscal officers must review all funding received by the unit via gifts, contracts, and awards that are from foreign sources. Any potential funds totaling over $10,000 that are received from foreign sources during the reportable period are required to be submitted on this template to the UCO Foreign Source Reporting group.
