Intensive Paraprofessional & Support Staff Training

This intensive training for paraprofessionals, assistants, and support personnel focuses on providing instruction as well as hands-on activities and coaching. The program includes content modules,  discussion, and interactive content. The goal of the training is to build increased knowledge and skill in supporting students with autism spectrum disorder but is also applicable to supporting individuals of varying disabilities towards achieving success.

2-Day Administrator Training

This training is designed for administrators and teams. It focuses on essential components to programming for students with ASD and related disabilities. A special emphasis is on exposure and practice to administrative and evaluation tools for tracking outcomes of classrooms and programming.

The tools help administrators and team leaders to focus their observations and evaluations and use objective methods for documenting progress of programs and supporting data-informed decisions. The training includes demonstration of and opportunities to practice with the tools with  structured feedback, direction, and support provided. Participants will learn about essential evidence-based practices for use with individuals with ASD while also being able to objectively monitor change, guide team discussions, provide specific feedback, and suggest resources to address needs.
