Dr. Jones has leadership experience across telecommunications, healthcare, and business consulting – and has been a college educator for 37 years. Jones is an Associate Professor of Management at Indiana University Columbus and the Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning. His expertise includes organizational transformation, performance enhancement, and change management initiatives. He recently co-led the Indiana University Generative AI Task Force, focusing on the responsible utilization of AI technologies within the academic environment. Jones frequently contributes to conferences where he shares his research on the organizational integration of AI and the development of AI competencies in the workforce.
