When it comes to technology, Indiana University provides a wide range of resources to help train and support you. Here are some additional resources to help you get started.
- UITS Help & support is the university’s technology help center, where you can get assistance on anything tech-related, from Canvas, email, computer troubleshooting, and more!
- IU Knowledge Base (KB)is a repository of thousands of answers to common questions about computing and technology at IU Indianapolis (IU Indy).
- Status.IU lists the current status of IU Indy’s technology systems and services. It will give you an up-to-the-minute overview of what is working, what is not, and what is experiencing intermittent issues.
- Apple and Dell have teamed up with IU Indy to offer discounts on their products specifically for IU Indy students.
- UITS IT Training provides a variety of training materials for the IU Indy community. They deliver training through live instructor-led workshops, webinars, and recordings. They also provide workshop materials and exercise files that can be downloaded for self-study.
- EdCert, a UITS IT Training program, offers multi-day courses on advanced technical topics that can lead to professional certifications. These courses are offered at a fraction of the price compared to what you would pay in the commercial marketplace.
