The enterprise IU CRM platform provides a holistic view of all internal and external university constituents, including both people and organizations, while managing multifaceted university relationships and constituent interactions. This includes robust integrated capabilities of engagement, interaction management, and communications to improve the constituent experience as well as operational success.
- Enterprise Experience (EE) — Responsible for apps, web spaces, and tools that help shape the user experience of students, faculty, and staff when they interact with Indiana University’s digital campus. Enterprise Experience’s goals are to reduce redundancy, improve usability, and deliver services rooted in best industry practices.
- Enterprise Solutions (ESOL) — Responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting infrastructure and software to meet the needs of the teaching and research missions of Indiana University. The software includes Financials, Human Resources, Identity Management, and Research Administration Systems. The infrastructure and platform enable the efficient delivery of services while maintaining best practices surrounding security, monitoring, configuration, and deployment.
