12 Student Health Services

Students accepted into the radiography should immediately set up a student patient portal with the Campus Health Office.  Once set up, students can upload immunizations and other health records into the portal for verification and viewing by Campus Health staff.  Students can also view their records at any time and print a copies if needed.  Health records are less likely to get lost and the student is less likely to be on the Campus Health noncompliance list each semester when documents are stored in this portal.

Throughout the Program, students will need to supply current immunizations to Clinical Affiliates as they request them.  Documents stored in the portal can be easily accessed and forwarded to requesting individuals.  A quick reply to those requesting documents will ensure that the student will be able to remain in the clinic avoiding any unexpected absences.

Delays in providing documentation could prohibit the student from attending an assigned location. This would cause the student to use their personal time until appropriate documentation is supplied.
